hi guys today I wanted to share my , favorite ways to make money as a , stay-at-home mom if you are new to my , channel my name is Taylor and this is my , blissful home and this video is part of , a series that'm doing called , monuments where talk about personal , finance budgeting money saving tips and , things like that be sure to hit that big , red subscribe button so that you don't , miss any videos from me and click that , little bell icon so that you are , notified when I post videos straight to , your phone so my first favorite way to , make money as a stay-at-home mom is to , sell things on eBay I sell used items on , eBay and that has worked out really , really well for me , I started with selling things that I do , not want or how my help anymore like old , clothing electronics and things like , that and what initially made me want to , sell things on eBay with the fact that , had water-damaged Mac Book Pro that I , had no idea what to do with I did't , wanted to throw it away just because it , was so much money to buy that so I knew , that there was another option other than , just using ahead 8 paperweight or , having to just sit in a box in a closet , so I went ahead and I looked at eBay , sold listing sand it turns out that , there had been several laptops that were , water-damaged previously sold so I knew , that I could sell my laptop so I went , ahead and made an eBay account and , listed just my laptop to be sold and , within hours I got an offer from , somebody who wanted to buy my laptop , sold that water-damaged laptop or $W , so that was way worth the time and , effort that it took to create an eBay , account and learn how to post things for , sale so that was super super awesome , so far I'vie only sold things that I have , around my house but I don't want anymore , instead of giving them to Goodwill where , that is basically just Afro-profit , business that takes your stuff installed , it on their own for profit so I figured , Might as well get them some money out , of this my family could totally use that , so I created my own little eBay business , in about three months mad ea little , over a thousand dollars so I think it , can definitely be very very successful , for anybody who wishes to do this it's , just one of those types of things that , you get what you put into it so if you , can only put in one or two , hours a week when you have chance , you're probably not going to make that , much but if you're able to put in more , hours than that like if your kids are in , school and you're just home all day I , mean you can put three four five hours , day into your eBay business you can , really make alto of money people sell , things fora lot of money and I know , that what most people do is they will go , to thrift stores , garage sales and things like that and , they will purchase used items and resell , those items on eBay and they have huge , inventories and they make full time , income from this so this is definitely a , very good option for making money as a , stay-at-home mom that anybody can do my , second favorite way to make money as a , stay-at-home mom is to watch other , people's kid sin most states including , California where I live you do not have , to register yourself ass daycare if you , only watch children that come from one , family so if you just watch two or three , kids or you think of one child from a , single family you don'thieve to be a , daycare that is licensed so this can be , a great option and you can do this part , time where you just watch kids once a , week or when their parents need them or , you can do awfully-time daycare type of , situation where you watch children while , their parents are at work and if you're , already a stay-at-home mom and already , at home there's no reason why most of us , could't do this yes it will be Little , extra work but there's no way to really , make money without doing extra work and , it'awesome because you're you get to , stay home with your own kids while , making money so I think that watching , other people's children is an awesome , way to make money childcare rates are so , expensive that you could charge quit ea , bit of money have a few friends who , pay over$1,W a month for their babies , to be in daycare full-time so if you , watch a few kids that could really be , worth your time and effort to have extra , kiddos around your house all day my , third and final way to make money as a , stay-at-home mom is probably my favorite , because it requires quit ea bit of a , work in the beginning but then you can , secretes Coast while you're making , money and that is to buy things in bulk , forelimbs or Aliexpressbrand them , and then sell them through Amazon if you , have not heard of these two websites , Alabama , underexposes they have a ton of , manufacturer sand companies that make , products that are selling in bulk as , wholesale to retailer sand to , individuals so you can go on there and , find anything basically that you would , like to resell they do clothing jewelry , I think they do like phone chargers like , USB cable things like that they do a ton , of different things like really the , sky's limit with that and you can pay a , little bit of extra money to add your , own brand which is what Ire ally , recommend because things that are , branded even if it's an unrecognizable , brand always are worth more money than a , generic or unbranded item so a lot of , these companies will offer the option to , brand the item for just one or two , percent more and then you would be , paying for them in the first place and , that will really allow you to increase , your margins if you were to sell them , that way what I also recommend is to , find one item that you would like to , sell to begin wit hand request samples , from the companies that you find that , sell them and get quote sand test out , the products because you want to make , sure that you are selling a quality , product you don'twat to rip anyone off , you want to be selling legitimate items , so you pick a product you pick a , manufacture rand you have them ship them , to you which can be about month's long , process because they are coming from , overseas mostly China and India so once , you receive the items you package them , the way you see fit and then you can , have Amazon Fulfillment take care of the , rest so you need to sign up for an , account as an Amazon seller and , basically you send the mall to Amazon , they store them in their own warehouse , and they pack and ship them as orders , come in so as soon as those products , leave your hands you essentially have no , work to do with and you just receive the , money as they are sold on Amazon so , those
